Guggulu - Guggul 117 Product
Guggul i.e. Commiphora wightti gives out a Niryas which is used as a major ingredient in Guggulkalpas. This Niryas is a secretion that oozes out from the Guggul plant twice in a year. Once in the winter and the second time in the summer. Guggul is added to various Choornas and at time Bhasmas, to form an Amalgam which then can be molded into tablets. Guggul not only works as a binding agent but also has its own medicinal qualities.
