Ashtang Sanjivani Vati
Sanjivani Vati is a tablet, used in Ayurvedic treatment of dyspepsia, indigestion, gastro-enteritis etc. This medicine should be taken strictly under medical supervision.
Sanjivani Vati uses: It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of snake bite, dyspepsia, lack of digestion power and chronic fever.
Sanjivani Bati dosage:
1 tablet once or twice a day is traditionally the dose to treat digestive problems.
2 tablet once or twice a day is traditionally the dose to treat gastro enteritis
3 tablet once or twice a day is traditionally the dose to treat snake bite
4 tablet once or twice a day is traditionally the dose to treat chronic fever.
It is traditionally advised along with fresh ginger juice and water.
How long to use?
It can be used for a period of 1 – 2 months, based on doctor’s advice.
Sanjeevani Vati side effects:
Over dosage may cause burning sensation in stomach and poisonous effects.
Keep out of reach and sight of children. Store in cool dry place.

10 g fine powder of each of
Vidanga – False black pepper – Embelia ribes
Nagara – Ginger Rhizome – Zingiber officinalis
Krishna – Long pepper fruit – Piper longum
Haritaki – Chebulic Myrobalan fruit rind – Terminalia chebula
Vibhitaki – Belliric Myrobalan fruit rind – Terminalia bellirica
Amalaki – Indian gooseberry fruit – Emblica officinalis Gaertn.
Vacha – Acorus calamus
Guduchi – Indian Tinospora (stem) – Tinospora cordifolia
Bhallataka – Semecarpus anacardium
Vatsanabha – Aconitum ferox
Gomutra – cow urine – Quantity Sufficient.
The fine powder of herbs is triturated with cow urine, paste is prepared, dried and tablets are made.
