This product / package contains different types of Herbs which are required to prepare Baal Ghutti

(Except Dry Dates, Almonds and Milk)

All these herbs needs to be rubbed [In Marathi - Ugalne - The way we prepare Chandan Paste] on the Sahan (Sahan is Marathi word for tool used to make paste of Chandan Stick by rubbing it on this tool) in mothers milk or a normal milk - Only 2/3 rounds per herb and then give it 2/3 spoon to baby ( Or You can mix it with half or full cup of Milk - Boil it and then give that boiled milk with herbs to baby after it cools down or warm enough )

Baal Ghutti needs to be prepared everyday fresh.

Recipe - Ingredients

Ingredients - Baal Ghutti ( Baal Janm Ghutti) includes,

Almond (Marathi - Badam)( At the start only 10 to 15 rounds) - Latter you can increase this as 1/4th of Almond, then Half Almond and then 1 Full Almond with the interval of say after 1 week or after every 2 weeks

Dry Dates (Marathi - Kharik) - ( At the start only 10 to 15 rounds) - Latter you can increase this as 1/4th of Dry Dates, then Half Dry Dates and then 1 Full Dry Dates with the interval of say after 1 week or after every 2 weeks

(Marathi - Kaifal)

(Marathi - Maifal)

(Marathi - Bal Hirda)

(Marathi - Behada)

(Marathi - Muradsheng)

(Marathi - Pimpli)

(Marathi - Wekhand)

(Marathi - Jyeshthamadh) (Hindi - Meethi Lakadi)

Turmeric ( Marathi - Haldi Kund)

Dry Jinger (Marathi - Sunth)

(Marathi - Ashwgandha)

(Marathi - AatiVisha)

(Marathi - Wavding)

1. Wash Almond / Dry Dates with fresh water

2. Wash the Sahan ( Tool used - on which we need to rub all these herbs)

3. Take half cup milk in bowl and the small spoon

4. Put 1 spoon of milk on Sahan

5. Start rubbing Almond with Milk on Sahan - Make around 10 to 15 rounds

6. Using your four finger take the paste out in the bowl in which you have kept milk

7. Then put 1 more spoon of milk on Sahan

8. Start rubbing Dry Date (Marathi - Kharik) with Milk on Sahan - Make around 10 to 15 rounds

9. Using your four finger take the paste out in the bowl in which you have kept milk

10. Then put 1 more spoon of milk on Sahan

11. Start rubbing (Marathi - Jaifal) with Milk on Sahan - Make around 2 to 3 rounds only to start with, and increase it by 1 round every week, As normal then start making 6 to 7 rounds

12. Repeat step 11 for Herbs numbered from 4 till 15 ( Keep adding milk as required on Sahan)

13. Put 1 Wavding (Number-16) / Everyday

14. Put 1 small leave from Kuda / Everyday

15. Once the all herbs are finished and the paste is taken out and mixed in milk in bowl, You can add more milk to it as required and bring it to boil, let it cool down to warm before giving it to baby. Always give fresh Ghutti to baby.

Now depending upon some symptoms of disease we can increase rounds of only those herbs which are remedy for that disease to 10 to 12 rounds

For example - For normal cough and cold for baby We can increase the rounds of following herbs to 10 to 12 rounds

1. Wekhand

2. Jyeshthamadh

3. Sunth

4. HaldiKund 

For those have knowledge about those herbs could have seen the reason for increasing the rounds for above herbs - All these 4 herbs mentioned above are hot in nature and defiantly help in cough and cold.

This is how Bal Ghutti - Acts as Aushadhi(Medicine) ( Corrective Maintenance - So that when any disease happens we can use it as remedy to control the disease)

But as regular uses of Bal Ghutti - Acts as Rasayan ( Preventive Maintenance - So that any disease should not happen and also helps for improving baby;s memory, health and overall growth )
