INDICATIONS

3) Spondylitis, Sprains and strains, Joint Pains and Low back Pain due to prolapsed  intevertebral disc, cervical and lumbar spondylosis.

DOSAGE

RYMANYL liniment should be applied locally over the affected area, spread evenly and  rubbed  gently  three  to  four  times a  day  or  more  frequently  as  required. RYMANYLliniment should not be used if the skin is cut or cracked.

DO'S AND DON'TS

Do's

1) Bitter vegetables like bitter gourd, bitter variety of drumsticks and Neem flowers are recommended.

2) Consumption of buttermilk with seasoning of garlic is recommended.

3) Consumption of garlic and ginger is useful.

4) Barley, Horse gram and long gourd are recommended.

5) Prefer hot water for drinking and taking bath.

Don'ts

1) Avoid food recipes causing constipation.

2) Avoid rice, pulses, sour things including and fried things

3) Avoid exposure to cold, wind or rain.

4) Avoid taking bath with cold water, consumption of ice-cold water.

5) Avoid going to bed immediately after meals.

6) Avoid day time sleeping, non-vegetarian food recipes.

7) Avoid spending sleepless nights and suppression of natural gas.

THERAPEUTIC RATIONALE

RYMANYL capsule is a herbomineral composition with anti-inflammatory, anti-analgesic and immunomodulatory properties. Balsamodendron mukul, Vitex negundo, Ricinus communis and Oroxylum indicum exhibit anti-inflammatory properties. Withania somnifera reduces the further degradation of cartilage matrix thereby, delaying the progression of arthritis.

RYMAYNL liniment is a topical composition for reducing joint pain and swelling. Camphora officinarum exerts counter-irritant activity thereby, relieving pain instantly. Ricinus communis, Cedrus deodara, Nyctanthes arbortristis and Vitex negundo reduce inflammation.
